Overview
A.shine Dyne pen Model 66 is a professional tool for testing the surface tension of materials, built-in 15ml test solution, can be used more than 100 times for repeatability, can accurately detect whether materials such as Plastic film are suitable for printing, composite or vacuum aluminizing process.
Features
1. Built-in 15ml test solution, which can be used more than 100 times
2.6-8 months shelf life
3. The pen tip is carefully designed to reduce the contact between dyne liquid and air
4. Each pen has undergone multiple inspections, quality assurance
5. Strictly comply with ASTM Standard D2578 and TAPPI T698
Principle
Dyne Pen releases the test liquid on the surface of the material through the tip, observing whether the liquid cissing to determine whether the surface tension reaches the selected Dyne Level, thereby evaluating the material suitability.
Applications
Plastic film: PS, PE, PP, PET, PI, PC, NY, CPP, OPP, PVC, conductive materials: aluminum foil, copper foil, carbon foil, vapor coating, Miscellaneous materials: Glass, ceramics, plastic sheet, plastic pipe
Standards
ASTM Standard D2578、TAPPI T698
Steps
1. Choose the right Dyne Level corona pen
2. Clean the film surface and lay it flat on a horizontal table
3. Use a corona pen to stroke lightly on the film surface
4. If the liquid does not cissing within three seconds, the selected dyne is reached, otherwise it is not reached
Notice
Avoid skin/eye contact
Avoid inhaling vapors, mists, or gases
Keep away from heat and ignition sources
