Overview
QIWEI PHB-4 is a portable microcomputer pH meter, controlled by a microprocessor, with a Measurement accuracy of 0.01 pH. The instrument is equipped with E201-C-W plastic shell PH triple composite Electrode or 018 temperature Electrode, which can perform PH test of automatic temperature compensation. High-quality imported integrated components are selected, and the measurement is accurate, stable and reliable. It is simple and convenient to operate. It is suitable for laboratory measurement of pH value and mV value of solutions.

Principle
The PHB-4 pH meter detects the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution by Electrode to measure the pH value, and at the same time, it can measure the potential value (mV) and temperature of the solution. The instrument is controlled by a microprocessor, and the automatic temperature compensation function ensures the measurement accuracy. The built-in smart chip supports a variety of Calibration methods to adapt to different measurement needs.

Steps
1. PH value measurement: first use thermometer measurement of solution temperature (or use temperature Electrode automatic detection); press increase key or decrease key to adjust the temperature value of the instrument; Electrode is washed and inserted into the solution, slightly agitated and then placed stationary. Measured value is stable
2.mV value measurement: first switch the pH meter to the "mV" file; connect ORP Electrode or Ion Electrode (need to be purchased separately), insert it into the tested solution and place it at rest, and read when the Measured value is stable
Notice
• Measurement accuracy ≤ 0.1pH, just use pH buffer solution for a little calibrating
• Measurement range only in the acidic range (≤ 7pH), can choose pH7 and pH4 calibrated
• Measurement range is only in the alkaline range (≥ 7pH), pH7 and pH10 calibrated
• Measurement range is wide or pH Electrode use time is long aging phenomenon, should choose three point calibrated
• The pH Electrode used for the first time needs to be calibrated at three points
• Electrode cleaning before use
• The measurement should be recorded after the reading is stable
