Overview
The PUSHEN ZBQ 160/30-120 um Extended Film Applicator is a 4-sided manual coating applicator made of hard stainless steel for scraping films of specified thickness and width on flat, solid substrates. Each Film Applicator offers High Accuracy fixed film thickness to ensure Spreader Accuracy and a variety of film widths to customize.

Principle
The coating applicator provides different fixed film thicknesses by manually scraping on a flat substrate, using a 4-sided I-shaped design to achieve accurate Spreader. Spreader can be used to evaluate the leveling of the coating, that is, the flat and smooth state of the film, to avoid defects such as orange peel and brush marks.

Steps
1. Select the desired film thickness.
2. Place the coating applicator on a flat substrate.
3. Manual scraping Coating.

Notice
