Overview
The LD-NP-01 Burst Strength Tester is an international general-purpose Mullen instrument of JINGHUAYIQI brand, which is widely used in Encasement materials. It is mainly used to measure various Cardboard and single-layer and multi-layer Corrugated Board, and can also be used for Burst Strength testing of non-paper materials such as silk and cotton cloth. The instrument adopts fully automatic operation, automatically detects, tests, returns oil pressure, calculates, stores data and prints after placing materials, and digitally displays and automatically processes test results.

Principle
The instrument senses the Burst Strength of the material through the pressure converter, adopts the hydraulic system with silicone oil as the medium, the oil feeding speed is controlled at 170 +/- 10mL/min, and the pressure is applied until the material breaks, and the result is automatically calculated and displayed. The sample clamping force exceeds 690kpa to ensure the test Stability.
