Overview
The FANGRUI Q1000 platinum ring method surface tensiometer is a precision measuring instrument based on the principle of platinum ring method, mainly used to determine the surface and interfacial tension of liquids. The instrument uses standard methods such as the Dinui ring method and the William plate method to accurately measure the force generated by liquid wetting measurement accessories or samples, and can optionally be equipped with Accessories measurement liquid density.

Principle
Based on standard Measurement principles such as the Dinui Ring Method and the William Plate Method, the instrument calculates the surface and interfacial tension of liquids by accurately measuring the forces between the parts or the sample to be tested when the liquid is wetting. The dynamic and smooth running drive device ensures the stability and reliability of the measurement process.

Steps
1. Intuitive operation of the sample stage and Miscellaneous components via Touchscreen
2. Use built-in measurement program to automatically control sample stage operation
3. Adjust the lifting speed to the required range (adjustable from 0 to 300mm/min)
4. Perform surface tension measurement (normally completed within 60 seconds)
5. View, store and print measurement results through the data management menu
6. Use a U disk to transfer data and convert it to an Excel file
Notice
• Glass door of sample chamber should be closed to prevent air flow interference measurement
• The sample stage needs to be precisely adjusted through the built-in electronic level before use
Measurement speed should be adjusted according to the experimental requirements
• Pay attention to password protection during data management to prevent data modification by mistake
• Make sure the file format is correctly converted when transferring data using a USB stick
• Optional PT100 Temperature Sensor can expand the temperature measurement range to -40 ℃~ 250 ℃
