Overview
LICHEN Technology Hydrothermal Synthesis Reaction Kettle (model LC-KH-150), also known as coalescence Reaction Kettle, high voltage digestion tank, etc., is a closed container for the analysis of insoluble substances. It can be used for sample pretreatment in atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) and plasma emission analysis, small dose synthesis reaction, and rapid digestion of insoluble substances in a high temperature and high voltage closed environment. It is suitable for sample pretreatment of chemical analysis methods such as gas phase, liquid phase, plasma Light spectrum mass spectrometry, atomic absorption and Atomic fluorescence.
Features
1. The kettle body is made of non-magnetic 304 stainless steel.
2. The inner lining is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which can resist acid and alkali.
3. Reaction Kettle can play a sealing role after tightening, and the sealing effect is stable for a long time without leakage.
4. Beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, easy operation and good corrosion resistance.
5. Compact size makes it convenient for multiple Reaction Kettles to operate at the same reaction temperature.
Principle
The hydrothermal synthetic Reaction Kettle is manually fastened by pressing the threaded screw cap to achieve sealing, and creates a high temperature and high voltage environment in a closed container (lined with polytetrafluoroethylene). Using this strong acid or strong alkali and high temperature and high voltage conditions, it can quickly digest insoluble substances or carry out synthetic reactions.
Applications
Atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS) analysis, plasma emission analysis, gas phase analysis, liquid phase analysis, plasma Light spectrum mass spectrometry, Atomic fluorescence analysis of sample pretreatment, low dose synthesis reaction
Steps
1. Place the sample in a Teflon liner.
2. Manually tighten the Reaction Kettle through the threaded cap to ensure sealing.
3. Place the Reaction Kettle in the heating environment and control the heating rate (≤ 5 ℃/min).
4. React or digest at the set maximum temperature (≤ 220 ° C, PPL lining ≤ 260 ° C) and pressure (≤ 3 MPa).
After the reaction, control the cooling rate (≤ 5 ℃/min) to chill down.
6. After completely chilling down, carefully open the Reaction Kettle using the afterburner (8 * 200mm).
Notice
Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature (≤ 220 ° C, PPL lining ≤ 260 ° C) and maximum pressure (≤ 3Mpa).
The heating and cooling rate should be controlled at ≤ 5 ° C/min to avoid sudden temperature changes that could damage the equipment.
• Please ensure that the Reaction Kettle is fully sealed during operation to prevent leakage.
• When opening the Reaction Kettle, wait until it is completely chilled down, and use the special afterburner to operate carefully and pay attention to safety.
• Please select the appropriate corrosion resistant lining (PTFE) according to the nature of the sample.
