Principle
Based on the platinum plate method, the instrument measures surface and interfacial tension by accurately measuring the force acting between an accessory or a sample to be tested when the liquid is wetting. Standard methods such as the Dinui Hanging Ring Method and the William Plate Method, combined with automatic lifting and force Sensor technology, ensure accurate measurement process repeability.

Steps
1. Start the instrument through Touchscreen and select the measurement program.
2. Use the electronic level to adjust the sample stage to the horizontal position.
3. Set the lifting speed and Measurement parameters, and start the automatic lifting for measurement.
4. After the measurement is completed, view or store the data through the data management menu.
5. Use a U disk to transfer data or connect a printer to output reports.

* Ensure that the sample chamber is closed with a transparent Glass push door to avoid airflow interference measurement.
Adjust the level of the sample stage precisely through the built-in electronic level before use.
* Adjust the lifting speed according to the experimental requirements to avoid too fast or too slow affecting the accuracy.
* The measurement data is protected by password management against unauthorized modification or deletion.
* Use a compatible USB stick when transferring data to ensure complete file conversion.
* When the PT100 Temperature Sensor is optional, pay attention to the limit of the temperature measurement range.
