Overview
The PUSHEN single-channe small Grindometer model is 0-15um. It is a single-channe Grindometer made of stainless steel, which is mainly used to detect the fineness of particles such as Coating and inks. The product includes PU-2400, PU-2401 and other models. Measurement range is 0~ 15μm, slot width is 12mm, and three measurement units are provided: Micron, Hegman and Mill.
Features
1. Made of stainless steel, durable and easy to clean
2. Single-channe design, easy to operate
3. Measurement range 0~ 15μm, suitable for fine particle detection
4. Provide a variety of scale units (micron, Hegman, Mill) to adapt to different measurement needs
5. Graduation is 1.5μm, Measurement accuracy is high
6. The size of the scraper is 120 * 25 * 13mm, and the structure is compact and portable
Principle
The single-channe small Grindometer reads the fineness value by scaling by placing the sample (e.g. Coating or inks) in a scraping tank, using a scraper to scrape the surface of the sample, according to the distribution of particles in the tank. It realizes quantitative measurement of fineness based on the sedimentation or distribution characteristics of particles at a specific tank width and depth.
Applications
Coatings, inks
Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the sample is uniform and free of bubbles
2. Pour an appropriate amount of the sample into the scraper groove
3. Use a scraper to flatten the surface of the sample at a uniform speed along the length of the groove
4. Observe the distribution of particles in the tank and read the corresponding fineness scale value
5. Record the measurement results and clean the scraper and groove for next use
Notice
• Make sure the scraper and scraper are clean and drying before use to avoid contaminating the sample
Maintain uniform speed when scraping the sample to ensure measurement accuracy
• Avoid long-term storage in humid or corrosive environments to prevent material damage
• Clean the equipment in time after measurement to prevent residues from affecting subsequent use
• Sample type only, do not use beyond range
