Overview

Principle
The equipment drives the dispersion disc or sand disc swirl/spin through the frequency conversion motor to realize the functions of stirring, sand grinding and dispersion. The electric lifting system is used to adjust the working height, and the barrel is fixed through the left and right grippers. The jacket-type cylinder can control the temperature by chilling down water.
Steps
1. Install the dispersion disc or sand disc and connect it with screws
2. Use left and right grippers to fix the barrel
3. Adjust the appropriate height through the electric lifting system
4. Set the variable frequency controller Rotation speed parameters
5. Start the equipment for mixing, sanding or dispersing operations
