Overview
The HZAOC LSO2-250 SO2 corrosion test chamber is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products. The equipment uses the cylinder method to generate sulfur dioxide gas. Flow rate meters and concentration detectors precisely control the test conditions, and is equipped with an exhaust gas treatment system to ensure the safety and environmental protection of the test.
Features
1. The box adopts 8mm thick PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate and tempered Glass door, which is resistant to corrosion, easy to clean and has good sealing.
2, the heating system uses titanium alloy heating tube, corrosion resistance and rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution.
3. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, with power-off memory function, accurate and stable control.
4. Sensor uses corrosion resistant 316 material PT100 to ensure long-term stable measurement.
5. The gas concentration is controlled by the Measurement tube buoy, and the airway adopts corrosion-resistant silicone tube.
6. Equipped with a complete protection system, including multiple alarms such as over-temperature, low water level, overload, leakage, and automatic shutdown protection.
7. Waste gas is filtrated with alkali solution to avoid polluting the environment.
Principle
The test chamber provides sulfur dioxide gas through cylinders. The gas is introduced into the test chamber after precise Measurement by a Flow rate meter (Glass Rotor Flow rate meter). The box adopts an air heating mode, and the test temperature and Humidity are precisely controlled by a temperature controller and a PT100 Sensor. The sulfur dioxide concentration is measured and controlled by a Flow rate meter and a concentration detector. After the test, the exhaust gas is driven by compressed air and is safely discharged after being infiltrated by an alkali solution.

Steps
Connect the power supply (380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system) to the sulfur dioxide gas source.
2. Set the required temperature, Humidity, sulfur dioxide concentration (10~ 30ppm adjustable) and test time (0~ 999 H, M, S adjustable) through the touch setting panel.
3. Place the sample in the studio (size 500 * 600 * 810mm).
4. Start the equipment, start the test, and the system automatically controls the gas concentration, temperature and Humidity conditions.
5. During the test, the sample condition can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
6. The test stops automatically after reaching the set time, or it can be stopped manually.
7. After the test, the system starts-up waste discharge function, and the exhaust gas is discharged after being filtrated by the alkali solution.
Notice
Equipment needs to be operated by professionals to ensure that the power supply is well grounded.
* Check the gas source connection and sealing before use to prevent gas leakage.
* Regularly check the alkali solution filtrating device to ensure effective waste gas treatment.
In case of an alarm (such as over-temperature, low water level, etc.) during the operation of the equipment, it will automatically shut down and can only be restarted after troubleshooting.
* During maintenance, please disconnect the power supply and pay attention to the corrosion gas that may remain in the box.
