Overview
The HZAOC LSO2-225 SO2 corrosion test chamber is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products. The equipment uses a High Accuracy Control system to precisely control the concentration, temperature and Humidity of sulfur dioxide, simulate harsh corrosion environments, and evaluate the corrosion performance of products.
Features
1. The box is made of 8mm thick PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate and PVC liner, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
2. The box door adopts 8mm tempered Glass, which is easy to observe, and is equipped with foam silicone sealing strip to prevent gas leakage.
3, using titanium alloy heating tube, corrosion resistance, rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution.
4. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, with power-off memory function.
5. Sensor adopts corrosion resistant 316 material PT100 test Sensor.
6. The gas concentration is controlled by the Measurement tube buoy, and the airway adopts corrosion-resistant silicone tube.
7. It has multiple protection and alarm functions such as over-temperature, low water level, overload, fan overheating, and leakage.
8, the exhaust gas is discharged after the alkali solution is filtrated to reduce environment pollution.
Principle
The test chamber provides sulfur dioxide gas through the cylinder method. The gas concentration is controlled by the measuring buoy and detected by the sulfur dioxide concentration detector. The air in the box is heated by a titanium alloy heating tube. With the Humidity Control system, a corrosion test environment with set temperature, Humidity and sulfur dioxide concentration is created in a closed studio to assess the corrosion performance of the sample.

Steps
Connect the power supply (380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system) and the sulfur dioxide gas source.
2. Through the touch setting panel, set the required temperature, Humidity, sulfur dioxide concentration and test time.
3. Place the sample in the studio.
4. Start the equipment and start the test.
5. The equipment runs automatically according to the set conditions, and the sample status can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
6. After the test reaches the set time, it will automatically stop, or the test will be completed through the exhaust system (compressed air exhaust).
7. Take out the sample and evaluate the results.
Notice
Equipment must be operated by professionals and properly grounded.
Please confirm that the sulfur dioxide gas source is connected correctly and free of leakage before use.
During the operation of the equipment, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting the test conditions and causing gas leakage.
Regularly check the effectiveness of the water level, sealing strip and exhaust gas treatment system (alkali solution).
When the equipment is alarmed, the cause of the malfunction should be checked immediately before it can be used again.
After the test, ensure that the exhaust gas is fully treated with lye and then discharged.
When not in use for a long time, the power and gas supply should be cut off and the box should be cleaned.
