Overview
HZAOC LSO2-150 SO2 corrosion test chamber is a test equipment used to simulate the corrosion environment of sulfur dioxide. This product is suitable for corrosion gas testing of parts, electronic components, protective layers of metal materials and industrial products.
Features
1. The box is made of 8mm thick PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean.
2. The box door adopts 8mm tempered Glass, which is easy to observe, and is equipped with foam silicone sealing strip to prevent gas leakage.
3, the use of titanium alloy heating tube liner air heating, corrosion resistance, rapid heating, uniform temperature distribution.
4. Control system adopts High Accuracy Digital Temperature Controller, accurate and stable control, with power-off memory function.
5. Sensor adopts corrosion resistant 316 material PT100 test Sensor.
6, the concentration of sulfur dioxide is controlled by the Measurement tube buoy, and the airway adopts corrosion-resistant silicone tube.
7. With multiple fault alarms and automatic shutdown protection such as over-temperature, low water level, overload, fan overheating, and leakage.
8, the exhaust gas is discharged after the alkali solution is filtrated to reduce environment pollution.
Principle
The test chamber generates sulfur dioxide gas by the cylinder method and introduces it into the studio through the corrosion-resistant silica gel airway. The sulfur dioxide concentration is controlled and regulated by a Flow rate meter (Glass Rotor Flow rate meter) and a Measurement tube buoy, and can be detected by a sulfur dioxide concentration detector. The temperature in the box is achieved by heating the air with a titanium alloy heating tube and controlled by a High Accuracy temperature controller. After the test, the exhaust gas is driven by compressed air and discharged after being infiltrated by an alkali solution.
Applications
Parts, electronic components, protective layer of metal materials, corrosion gas test of industrial products
Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system).
2. Control system to set the required temperature, Humidity, sulfur dioxide concentration and test time.
3. Connect the sulfur dioxide gas source (cylinder), and adjust the gas concentration to the set value (adjustable from 10 to 30ppm) through the Flow rate meter and Measurement cartridge buoy.
4, the sample into the studio, close the door to ensure sealing.
5. Start the equipment and start the test.
6. During the test, the sample status can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
7. When the test time reaches the set value, it will automatically stop, or it will be completed manually through the time relay.
8, after the test, the system through the compressed air to the exhaust gas after the alkali solution filtrate discharged.
Notice
• The equipment needs to be operated by professionals to ensure that the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (380V +/- 10% 50Hz three-phase five-wire system).
• Check the sulfur dioxide gas source connection and pipeline sealing before use to prevent leakage.
• Do not open the door frequently during operation, so as not to affect the gas concentration and temperature Stability in the box.
• During the operation of the equipment, pay attention to whether the various protection systems (such as over-temperature and low water level alarms) are normal.
• Regularly check the alkali solution filtrating device to ensure effective waste gas treatment.
• When maintaining the equipment, please cut off the power supply first and ensure that there is no residual corrosion gas in the box.
• Do not store flammable and explosive items near the equipment.
