Overview
HZAOC LSO2-100 SO2 corrosion test Chamber is a corrosion gas test equipment dedicated to parts, electronic components, metal material protective layers and industrial products. It adopts High Accuracy Control system and corrosion resistant materials to ensure stable and reliable testing process.
Features
1. The box is made of 8mm thick PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate, which is resistant to corrosion and easy to clean;
2, the door is 8mm tempered Glass, easy to observe, sealing strip to prevent gas leakage;
3, heating using titanium alloy heating tube, corrosion resistance, rapid heating, uniform temperature;
4, Temperature Controller High Accuracy Digital Display, Accurate Control, Long-term Operation Without Drift;
5. With power-off memory function, the residual test can be continued after recharging.
6. Sensor adopts corrosion resistant 316 material PT100;
7. The time relay is adjustable from 1s to 999h.
8. The protection system includes automatic shutdown protection such as over-temperature, low water level, and overload.
9. Waste gas is filtrated with alkali solution, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free;
10, Sulfur dioxide concentration measurement using Anti-corrosion Glass Rotor Flow rate meter, high accuracy, wide range.
Principle
The test Chamber controls the gas concentration through the sulfur dioxide Flow rate meter, uses the cylinder method to generate sulfur dioxide gas, and conducts the gas through the corrosion-resistant silicone tube. The temperature is adjusted by the liner air heating mode, the Humidity is maintained by the Control system, and the exhaust gas is discharged after being filtrated by the alkali solution to realize the corrosion environment simulation.

Steps
1. Set temperature, Humidity and sulfur dioxide concentration parameters;
2. Gas flow rate is adjusted by sulfur dioxide Flow rate meter;
3. Start the heating and Control system;
4. Monitor the test process and observe the sample condition.
5. After the test is completed, the waste gas is treated by the exhaust system.
Notice
• The device needs to be connected to a 380V +/- 10% three-phase five-wire power supply;
• Check the sealing strip before use to prevent gas leakage;
• Regular maintenance of Flow rate meters and Sensors to ensure accuracy;
• Ensure that the alkali solution is effectively filtrated when discharging;
• Avoid overload operation and pay attention to protecting the system alarm;
The test time should not exceed 999 hours.
