Overview
MSB series Magnetic Stirrer is a laboratory instrument for liquid mixing, mainly used for stirring or simultaneous heating of low viscosity liquids or solid-liquid mixtures. With the heating temperature Control system, the sample temperature can be heated and controlled according to the specific experimental requirements, and the temperature conditions required for the experimental conditions can be maintained to ensure that the liquid mixture meets the experimental requirements.

Principle
The product is a Magnetic Stirrer, which generates a swirl/spin magnetic field by driving the internal magnet through a DC brushless motor, and drives the stirrer placed in the container to synchronize the swirl/spin, thereby realizing the mixing and stirring of the liquid in the container.

Steps
1. Place the instrument on a stable table and connect it to the AC220V/50Hz power supply.
2. Place the container containing the sample in the center area of the work plate.
3. According to the sample volume and viscosity, choose the appropriate stirrer and place it in the container.
4. Rotation speed, timing time and other parameters required by LCD display and control buttons (specific functions depend on the model).
5. Start the instrument and start stirring.
6. After running, turn off the power, remove the container and stirrer, and clean the working area.
Notice
• Please use the original power cord and ensure that the Power supply voltage is AC220V/50Hz.
• The instrument should be placed on a smooth, drying and ventilated countertop for use.
• Do not move or violently vibrate the instrument while it is working.
• Stirrer is a strong magnetic part, please keep away from pacemakers, magnetic cards, precision electronic equipment and other items.
• Please choose the container and stirrer reasonably according to Max. stirring Capacity (water is 5L) and sample properties to avoid overloading.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning, wipe with a soft damp cloth, do not immerse the instrument in water or use corrosion cleaners.
• Different models have different functions, please use them according to the specifications and functional instructions of the specific model (such as LC-MSB-D).
• If the instrument is abnormal, please stop using it immediately and contact a professional.
