Features
1. 2kW Lamp, Power Stable and Efficient
2. The transmission speed is adjustable from 1 to 7m/min to adapt to different production needs
3. Irradiation distance 100~ 200mm adjustable, flexible control of curing effect
4. The feed height is adjustable from 0 to 90mm, compatible with a variety of material thicknesses
5. Bandwidth 200mm, suitable for medium width material handling
6. Instantaneous curing speed, improve production efficiency
Principle
The UV light fixation machine emits UV light through the ultraviolet lamp tube, which irradiates on the surface of the material, causing the UV coating or inks to undergo photochemical reaction instantly, achieving rapid curing. The conveyor belt system can adjust the speed to ensure that the material passes evenly through the irradiated area, completing the efficient curing process.
Steps
1. Turn on the power supply and start the device
2. Adjust the transmission speed as needed (1~ 7m/min)
3. Set the irradiation distance (100~ 200mm)
4. Adjust the feed height (0~ 90mm) to fit the material
5. Place the material to be cured on the mesh belt
6. Turn on the UV lamp tube, and the material is instantly cured through the irradiated area
7. Turn off the equipment after curing
Notice
• Make sure the power connection is stable before operation to avoid voltage fluctuations
• When adjusting the transmission speed and irradiation distance, it needs to be set according to the material characteristics
• The feed height adjustment shall not exceed 90mm to prevent equipment damage
• Avoid looking directly at UV lamps during use, wear protective Glasses
• Regularly check the lamp tube and mesh belt to ensure normal operation
• Do not touch high temperature parts when the equipment is running to prevent burns
