Principle
The stirring blade swirl/spin in a fixed direction under the drive of the power unit, driving the material to do axial and radial swirl/spin, so that the material has shear stirring and diffusion stirring at the same time. The drawdown blade on the Impeller is close to the barrel wall swirl/spin, scraping off the barrel wall material and improving the mixing effect. The dispersion disc makes the material form an annular flow and generates a strong vortex through high-speed operation, generating strong shear impact and friction between the particles, achieving rapid dispersion and dissolving functions. The stirring disc generates radial force through circular motion to accelerate the material circulation. The hydraulic lifting system drives the hydraulic piston to lift through the hydraulic pump, driving the entire transmission mechanism and working group to lift.
