The LD-SL-B Tear strength tester is a fully automatic intelligent testing instrument of the JINGHUAYIQI brand, specially designed for automation technology to detect the tear resistance of materials. Principle
Based on the Ailimendorf method, the tearing strength of a material is automatically measured by parameters such as the tearing arm, the tearing initial angle, and the distance between the clamps. The user can complete the tearing process and calculate the Tear Strength and Tear Index with just one click.

Steps
1. Prepare samples and ensure compliance with standard requirements.
2. Place the specimen in the paper holder and clamp it manually.
3. Start the intelligent operation with one button, and the instrument automatically performs the tear test.
4. The instrument displays measurement results and statistical information through the LCD screen.
5. Use the thermal printer to output the test report.
Notice
• Operating Conditions: Temperature range 0~ 35 ℃, Humidity < 85%.
Make sure the power supply is AC 220V/50Hz.
• The incision length of the sample should be controlled at 20 +/- 0.5mm.
• Parameters such as tearing arm and tearing initial angle must strictly meet the specifications.
• Check whether the fixture is firm before use to avoid test errors.
