AISRY ASR-5028 boil test chamber is a device for Reliability testing of electronic components. It is suitable for accelerated aging life test before tin staining test of electronic connectors, semiconductor ICs, transistors, diodes, liquid crystal LCDs, chip resistors and capacitors, as well as oxidation test of semiconductors, passive components, and part pins. The device adopts microcomputer temperature controller, LED digital display, PID + SSR control, platinum resistance temperature sensor (PT-100), resolution up to 0.1 ° C, and is equipped with automatic safety protection device.
Features
1. The inner and outer boxes are made of SUS304 stainless steel. Appearance is beautiful and not easy to age.

Principle
The device precisely controls the water temperature in the box through a microcomputer temperature controller, and uses PID + SSR Control mode and platinum resistance temperature sensor (PT-100) to achieve High Accuracy Temperature Regulation. The built-in heating system (titanium tube heating tube) heats the water in the tank to produce a stable steam environment, so that the tested electronic components are subjected to accelerated aging or oxidation tests under set high temperature and high humidity conditions to evaluate their Reliability and tin exposure performance.

Steps
1. Check the power supply and water level of the equipment, and add water manually or connect to an external water source as required.
2. Put the tested sample into the inner box.
3. Set the required test temperature (up to 97 ° C) and test time (Timer maximum setting 9999 minutes) through the microcomputer controller.
4. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and it can be heated to the set temperature in about 45 minutes.
5. The equipment runs automatically, stopping or continuing according to the setting time.
6. After the test is completed, the sample is taken out and followed up for evaluation.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V, power 2KW, and reliable connection before running the equipment.
• Pay attention to the water level to prevent dry burning at low water level, and use the automatic water replenishment function.
• Please pay attention to high temperature steam during operation to avoid burns.
