Overview
This machine is an AISRY brand ASR-FPC1 model FPC flexural testing machine, which is mainly used for flexural testing of flexural circuit boards (flexible circuit boards), such as mobile phones, PDAs, electronic dictionaries, laptops and other electronic products.
Features

Principle
Driven by a stepper motor, the machine repeatedly bends the FPC flexible board according to the set test angle, folding speed and test stroke. During the test process, it automatically counts. When the preset number of times is reached or the product cannot be powered on due to bending, the equipment automatically stops running.

Steps
1. Install the FPC soft board to be tested on the test fixture.
2. Set the test angle, folding speed, test times and other parameters through the touch screen.
3. Start the device and start the automatic flexure test.
4. The device automatically counts and stops automatically when the set number of times is reached or the product is broken.
Notice
• Please ensure that the working power supply is AC 220V 50HZ.
• The test stroke (45~ 100mm) needs to be manually adjusted to the appropriate range.
• The maximum width and opening width of the test fixture are 100mm, please do not use it beyond the limit.
• Do not touch moving parts during the operation of the equipment.
• After the preset number of times or the automatic stop of product breaking, follow-up operations will be carried out.
