Overview
Bag oscillation testing machine is used to test the vibration resistance impact test of suitcase handle, sewing line and overall structure. The method is to load the specified load on the object, and the test piece is tested 2500 times at a speed of 30 times per minute and a stroke of 4 inches. The test results can be used as a reference for quality improvement.

Principle
The testing machine repeatedly oscillates the test piece by loading the specified load on the tested bag at the set impact height and speed to simulate the force in actual use, so as to test the durability of the handle, sewing line and the overall structure.

Steps
1. Encasement the test box with the specified load.
2. According to the test requirements, adjust the impact height (such as the standard requirement of 4 inches) and test speed (such as 30 times per minute).
3. Set the counter target number (e.g. 2500).
4. Start the machine and start the oscillation impact test.
5. After the test is completed, check the luggage handle, sewing line and overall structural condition, and record the results as a reference for quality improvement.
