Overview
The AISRY ASR-8906 bag lifting and unloading tester is a device specially designed to test the life of the handle of the bag. Its design conforms to the QB/T 1586.3 standard, and the performance and mass of the bag product are detected by simulating the lifting and unloading action, providing data reference for mass judgment.
Features
1. The lifting height is adjustable from 0 to 300mm, and it is driven by an eccentric wheel to facilitate stroke adjustment.
2. The test speed can be adjusted from 0 to 5km/hr, and the test speed can reach 30 times/min.
3. The time setting range is 0 to 999.9 hours, with power failure memory function.
4. Using 3p motor, the power requirements are 1, 220V/50HZ.
5. The weight of the whole machine is 360Kg, and the structure is stable.
Principle
The testing machine drives the test fixture to reciprocate up and down through the eccentric wheel mechanism driven by the motor, simulates the lifting and placing process of the bag handle in actual use. By setting different lifting heights, speeds and test times, the fatigue life of the bag handle is repeatedly tested.

Steps
1. Fix the sample of the bag to be tested on the test fixture.
2. According to the test requirements, set the required lifting height (0-300mm) through the equipment adjustment device.
3. Set the test speed (0-5km/hr) and the total test time (0-999.9 hours).
4. Start the equipment, and the testing machine starts to perform the lifting test at a set speed (e.g. 30 times/min).
5. The test will automatically stop after reaching the set time or number of times, or it can be stopped manually halfway through.
6. Check and record the test results of the luggage handle.
Notice
• Cleaning: Use a cotton cloth to wipe the machine before and after each use to keep it clean.
• Anti-rust: lame plating of anti-rust oil on the metal part of the surface of the machine once a week (wipe it after 2 hours of injection).
• Lubrication: Regularly fill the machine transmission parts (such as screws) with ordinary lubricating oil every month.
• Maintenance: Regularly check whether the control panel buttons are normal.
• Power supply voltage is 1, 220V/50HZ before use.
Equipment weight is large (360Kg), handling and placement should pay attention to safety and stability.
