Overview
Bag fatigue tester 500MM (model: ASR-TL-500) is a special equipment manufactured according to the national standard GB/T21661-2008 "Plastic Shopping Bag", which is used to carry out up and down vibration fatigue tests on portable plastic bags to evaluate their durability performance.

Principle
The tester vibrates up and down through the mechanical structure driving hook to simulate the repeated lifting effect of the handbag in actual use. The equipment conducts periodic fatigue testing on the suspended sample at a set amplitude and frequency until the preset number or time is reached, so as to inspect the fatigue strength of the handbag.

Steps
1. Adjust the adjustable foot to ensure the stability of the equipment.
2. Hang the sample of the tote bag to be tested on the hook.
3. Set the required number or time of fatigue tests through the number setting button.
4. Press the start and stop button to start the test.
5. During the test, the current cumulative number of times can be observed through the number display area.
6. The test stops automatically after reaching the set value, and the results can be printed out.
7. If a new test is required, the counter can be reset using the reset button.

Please ensure that the equipment is placed on a stable workbench before use.
Do not exceed the maximum load specified for the equipment (5kg).
Please check whether the sample is firmly suspended before the test.
Do not touch moving parts while the device is running.
Regularly check whether the components of the equipment are tight to ensure safe operation.
