Overview
AISRY ASR-ST10 Heat seal tester is suitable for measuring parameters such as heat seal temperature, heat seal time and heat seal pressure of test materials. Principle
The heat seal tester adopts the hot-pressing sealing method, which places the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat seals, and completes the sealing of the sample at a pre-set temperature, pressure and time. After repeated trials, it provides guidance for users to find the heat seal parameters. To ensure fast and accurate pressure setting, the heat seal clip slowly leans against and seals the adjacent sample, so that the shorter sealing time can be reproduced. The setting of the heat seal time can be arbitrarily set. Press the foot switch, the sample is pressed, and the heat seal time is determined by the pressing time of the foot switch. Release the foot switch, the upper and lower heat seals are separated from the pressing state, and the sample is heat sealed.

Steps
1. Place the sample to be sealed between the upper and lower heat seals.
2. Pre-set the heat seal temperature, pressure and time parameters on the instrument.
3. Press the foot switch (or use manual mode), and the specimen is pressed for heat sealing.
4. The heat sealing time is determined by the pressing time of the foot switch (or performed according to the preset time).
5. Release the foot switch, separate the upper and lower heat sealing knives, and take out the heat-sealed sample.
Notice
• The gas source pressure needs to be within the range of 0.05 MPa to 0.7 MPa, and the gas source needs to be provided by the user.
• The air source interface is a 6mm polyurethane tube.
• Please pay attention to anti-scalding and electricity safety during operation, and the instrument has a leakage protection design.
The standard heat sealing area is 330 * 10mm, which can be customized according to requirements.
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50Hz.
