Overview
JFL XYM-R 15 digital display temperature control hot pressing die is a laboratory equipment made of heat-resistant alloy tool steel. It is heated by an intelligent digital display temperature controller, which is easy to adjust, simple to operate, and reliable and stable mass. The die is suitable for pressure heating of powders or particles. After molding, the sample density uniformly increases, the gas content decreases, the coalescence force is strengthened, and it is not easy to crush, which is convenient for subsequent analysis, cutting, sintering and preservation.
Features
1. Made of heat-resistant alloy tool steel with high die Hardness (HRC > 60).
2. Equipped with an intelligent digital temperature controller, accurate temperature control and easy operation.
3. Heating power can be adjusted within the range of 800~ 2000W according to the mold specifications.
4. Operating temperature range (room temperature~ 300 ℃), high temperature control accuracy.
5. Suitable for scientific research experiments on a variety of materials (e.g. chemical, superconducting, ceramics, building materials, new energy materials, etc.).
Principle
The mold controls the built-in heating element through the intelligent digital display temperature controller, which converts electric energy into heat energy to heat the mold. At the same time, the temperature of the mold is monitored in real time through the Thermocouple Sensor and fed back to the temperature controller. The temperature controller uses the PID algorithm to adjust the Heating power according to the difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature to achieve precise control of the temperature of the mold. During the heating process, the powder or particle sample in the mold is simultaneously pressured to shape under the combined action of heat and force.
Applications
Chemical industry, superconductivity, ceramics, building materials, new energy materials and other scientific research experiments
Steps
1. Filling the sample: Load the powder sample into the mold, and place the mold on the tablet press platform with a standard thermal insulation pad underneath.
2. Connect the heating wire: In the power-off state, insert the mold cable into the corresponding L1 and N sockets behind the thermostat and tighten the lock mother (usually connected at the factory).
3. Connect the Sensor: Insert the Thermocouple Sensor into the mold thermometer hole and lock it tightly, and connect the signal cable at the other end to the terminal behind the controller according to Color (red to red, blue to blue) (usually connected when it leaves the factory).
4. Power on: Plug the thermostat power cord into a 220V power socket with a ground wire.
5. Setting and heating: Turn on the power switch, press the SET key to set the required heating temperature, adjust it with the up and down keys, and press the SET key to confirm, and start heating and pressurizing.
Notice
The recommended temperature for long-term use is less than or equal to 300 ° C, and should not exceed 350 ° C.
When connecting all lines, make sure they are powered off.
The power socket must be equipped with a ground wire.
* In the early stage of heating, due to heat capacity factors, there is a layer of temperature conduction, and there may be a slight temperature increase after stopping heating.
* Ambient Temperature, air convection and other factors may cause slight errors in thermostatic, which will gradually equilibrate after several overshoots.
When changing the set temperature, do not adjust the PID parameters at will.
* Please use it in an environment with temperature 8.0~ 50 ℃, relative humidity 35%~ 85% RH, no corrosion and no strong electromagnetic field radiation.
