Principle
The instrument uses the hot-sealing method for testing. The hot-sealing knife is heated by the heating element, and the sample is heat-sealed under the set temperature, time and pressure conditions, so as to determine the heat-sealing performance parameters of the material.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply and gas source (provided by the user).
2. According to the test requirements, set parameters such as heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, and heat sealing pressure on the operation panel.
3. Select Automatic or Manual Operating Mode;
4. Place the sample under the heat sealing knife.
5. Start the equipment (foot switch or panel control can be used) for heat sealing test.
6. After the test is completed, the sample is taken out for analysis.
Notice
• Ensure that the air source pressure does not exceed 0.7 MPa.
• Please pay attention to anti-scalding when operating. The equipment has an anti-scalding design but still needs to be cautious.
The equipment has a leakage protection function, but it is still necessary to ensure a good grounding.
