Overview
ZY-RF-5 heat sealing tester is a China heat sealing test equipment. It adopts hot pressing sealing method to determine the heat sealing temperature, heat sealing time, heat sealing pressure and other key process parameters of Plastic film substrate, Soft Encasement composite film, Spreader paper and Miscellaneous heat sealing composite film. The instrument can accurately evaluate the heat sealing performance of different heat sealing materials (such as melting point, thermal stability, flowability and thickness) through standardized design and standardized operation, and help users optimize the sealing process.

Principle
The instrument is tested by hot-pressing sealing method. The temperature of the hot-sealing knife is precisely controlled by the digital PID temperature Control system, and the sample is heat-sealed under the set heat-sealing time and pressure. By testing the sealing effect under different temperature, time and pressure combinations, the heat-sealing performance of the material is evaluated and accurate heat-sealing process parameters are obtained.
