TAISITE TEX-71WG-25L explosion-proof blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment treated with composite explosion-proof technology. Principle
The device generates heat through explosion-proof stainless steel heating pipes, and the air circulation in the box is driven by the explosion-proof fan to form a uniform hot air environment. The color LCD controller precisely controls the temperature and realizes the set temperature program. The core of it is that all electrical components and connections are specially explosion-proof treatment (such as explosion-proof shell, pouring seal, flexible tube connection), which limits the possible spark, high temperature or static electricity in the containment to prevent ignition of the external explosive environment.

Steps
1. Connect the explosion-proof power cord.
2. Turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD controller (support fixed or timed operation).
4. Start the equipment, start heating and blast operation.
5. The experimental state can be observed through the tempered Glass door.
6. The device will automatically stop after running, or stop after reaching the set time.
Notice
Equipment should be used at the specified External Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ + 35 ° C).
• Power supply voltage (AC220V/50-60Hz) meets the requirements before use.
• Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Note that the Explosion-proof level of the equipment is EX d e mb IIB T4 Gb and should be used in an explosive environment that meets this explosion protection requirement.
• Regularly check whether the explosion-proof flexible connecting pipe and other components are in good condition to ensure the explosion-proof performance.
Equipment with over-rise alarm, over-temperature protection and other safety functions, do not modify or Shielding without authorization.
Before performing maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply.
