Overview
TAISITE TEX-136WG-25L explosion-proof blast drying oven is a laboratory equipment specially designed for the risk of explosive environments. It uses composite explosion-proof technology to treat key components such as electrical appliances, heating, and circuits as a whole to ensure safe operation under potential hazards such as high temperature, static electricity, and sparks. Equipped with a color LCD controller, the temperature control is accurate and the operation is convenient. It is suitable for materials drying, heat treatment and other processes with strict requirements on safety.
Features
1. Adopt explosion-proof type, pouring and other composite explosion-proof technologies, and the electrical appliances are explosion-proof as a whole to prevent high temperature, static electricity, and spark leakage.
2. The liner is made of stainless steel, which is not easy to clean and pollute.
3. Adopt explosion-proof 304 stainless steel heating pipe, explosion-proof fan, explosion-proof Sensor and explosion-proof structure design.
4. Color LCD controller, accurate temperature control, support fixed-value operation, regular operation, and automatic stop.
5. Tempered Glass is installed on the outer door to facilitate observation of the experimental state.
6. With auxiliary menu, support over-rise alarm, deviation correction, menu lock and other functions.
7. Key components are poured and packaged, the line connection part is protected by explosion-proof pouring, and the exposed connecting wire adopts explosion-proof flexible connecting pipe set.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through explosion-proof stainless steel heating pipes, and the air circulation in the box is driven by the explosion-proof fan, so that the temperature of the studio rises evenly and remains at the set value. The color LCD controller monitors and adjusts the temperature in real time to ensure accurate temperature control. The core of it is that all electrical components, heating components and line connections are specially explosion-proof treated (such as explosion-proof shell, pouring seal, flexible tube protection, etc.) to limit the possible spark, high temperature or static electricity in the containment, so as to meet the requirements of safe operation in an explosive environment.
Applications
Materials drying, heat treatment, aging test, thermostatic baking in the fields of chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, military, scientific research and other fields with explosive gas environments.

Steps
1. Confirm that the power supply of the equipment meets the requirements (AC220V/50-60Hz), and connect the explosion-proof flexible power cord.
2. Open the box door and place the sample to be processed on the shelf. Load per shelf no more than 15kg.
3. Close the box door.
4. Set the required temperature, time, and other parameters through the color LCD controller on the explosion-proof control box.
5. Start the equipment, explosion-proof heating and fan to start working.
6. The experimental progress can be observed through the tempered Glass on the box door.
7. After running (reaching the set time or manually stopping), the equipment automatically stops heating.
8. After the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe range, the box door can be opened to remove the sample.
Notice
* Equipment must be used in an explosive environment that complies with its Explosion-proof level (EX d e mb IIB T4 Gb).
Please read and understand all Safety Instructions and Operation Manual before installation and use.
Make sure the power connection is correct and reliable, using the specified explosion-proof flexible connecting tube and latch.
* Load per shelf (15kg) when placing the sample, and ensure that the air circulation in the box is not affected.
When the equipment is running and just finished, the surface and internal temperature of the box may be very high. Do not touch it to prevent burns.
Before opening the door to take samples, make sure that the temperature in the box has dropped to a safe level.
Regularly check whether the explosion-proof flexible pipe, sealing parts and other safety components are in good condition, and if damaged, stop using them immediately and contact a professional for repair.
* When the equipment has an over-temperature alarm or Miscellaneous failure, the power should be cut off first, and then the cause should be checked or the After-sales service should be contacted.
* When cleaning the liner, use a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
Non-professional personnel are not allowed to disassemble or modify any explosion-proof components and electrical circuits of the equipment.
