The BOSEAN K-G60 (EX) is a stationary Gas detector for continuous monitoring of combustible gas (EX) concentrations. Supporting several Sensor types and Installation methods, the product features standard signal output and optional wireless transmission for fixed point gas monitoring in industrial environments.

Standard 4-20mA and RS485 (MODBUS RTU protocol) signal output, and optional 433MHz wireless transmission function, easy System integration and remote monitoring. High Protection Rating (IP65) and explosion-proof certification (Exd II T6 GB, CNEx16.0449) for harsh and hazardous industrial environments. 5. Provide two sets of relay outputs, which can be used to connect external devices such as sound and light alarms.
The detector senses the concentration of a specific gas in the environment through a built-in gas Sensor (such as the catalytic combustion Sensor for detecting combustible gases). The Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal. After internal circuit processing, amplification and linearization, it outputs the standard MODBUS RTU protocol data with 4-20mA analog signal or through the RS485 digital interface for the host computer or Control system to read, to realize real-time monitoring and alarm of gas concentration.

1. According to the site environment and testing requirements, select the appropriate installation location and method (wall hanging, pipeline, etc.), and ensure that it meets the requirements of the explosion-proof area. 2. Connect the power supply (DC24V +/- 15%), signal output line (such as 4-20mA or RS485) and relay output line correctly according to the wiring diagram. It is recommended to use 3X1.5mm ² Shielding cable, the interface specification is M20x1.5 or G1/2. 3. After power on, the instrument enters the preheating and self-test state. After stabilization, perform zero-point calibrating in clean air (if necessary). 4. Through the supporting host computer software or equipment that supports the MODBUS protocol, configure or read the instrument parameters, such as range and alarm point (the default is to understate 20% LEL and overstate 50% LEL). 5. After the installation is completed, conduct a ventilation test to verify whether the response, alarm function and signal output of the detector are normal.
