Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (CO) is a stationary gas detector designed to detect carbon monoxide (CO) gases. Installation methods such as Wall-Mounted, Piped, Flow-Through and Pump-Suction are supported, and a variety of transmission methods are optional for continuous monitoring in industrial environments.

Principle
Gas detector detects carbon monoxide gas concentration in the environment through built-in Sensors such as Electrochemical sensors, converts gas concentration signals into electrical signals, and outputs data through transmission methods such as 4-20mA or RS485. The device communicates using standard MODBUS RTU protocol for real-time monitoring and alarm functions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate installation location to ensure compliance with Wall-Mounted, piped, flow-through, or pump-suction requirements.
2. Connect Power Supply DC24V +/- 15% and use 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable for connection.
3. Configure the transmission method, such as 4-20mA, RS485 or optional 433MHz wireless transmission.
4. Set the alarm point: low alarm point 50PPM, high alarm point 150PPM.
5. Start the equipment, perform zero-point calibrating and functional testing to ensure Response Time ≤ 20s and Recovery Time ≤ 20s.
Notice
• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation condensation.
• Ensure that the Explosion Proof and Protection Ratings meet the requirements during installation and avoid use in non-explosion-proof environments.
• Use the specified cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable) and connection method (M20x1.5 or G1/2).
• Regularly check sensor accuracy and zero drift to ensure detection accuracy ≤ +/- 3% F.S.
• Pay attention to the contact point capacity when the relay is output to avoid overload use.
