The BOSEAN K-G60 (H2S) is a stationary gas detector designed to detect H2S gases, with a range of 0 to 100ppm, optional 0 to 50/200/1000% ppm. The device uses a variety of Sensor technologies, supports Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow, Pump Mount, transmission methods include 4-20mA, RS485 and optional 433MHz wireless transmission, Operating voltage DC24V +/- 15%, with High Accuracy and Fast Response characteristics.
1. Support a variety of Sensor types: electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion, infrared gas Sensor. 2. Installation methods are available: Wall-Mounted, pipeline type (thread size M35X1.5mm), flow type, pump type. 3. Flexible transmission methods: standard 4-20mA and RS485 (using standard MODBUS RTU protocol), optional 433MHz wireless transmission. 4. High Accuracy Detection: detection accuracy ≤ +/- 3% F.S, Linearity ≤ +/- 1% F.S. 5. Fast Response and Recovery: Response Time ≤ 20s, Recovery Time ≤ 20s. Explosion-proof and protective design: Explosion-proof mark Exd II T6 GB and CNEx16.0449, Protection Rating IP65. 7. Relay output: two sets of relays, contact point container 30VDC 2A/220VAC 0.3A. 8. Wide working environment: Temperature -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH, no condensation condensation.
The gas detector detects H2S gas concentration in the environment through built-in Sensors such as electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID photoion or infrared gas sensors. The Sensor converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, which is amplified and calibrated by an internal processing circuit to output a standard signal (such as 4-20mA or RS485 digital signal), and can output an alarm signal through a relay to realize real-time monitoring and early warning functions.

1. Select the Installation method (Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow or Pump Suction) and fix the equipment. 2. Connect the power cord (Operating voltage DC24V +/- 15%) and the signal cable (using 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable, connection method M20x1.5 or G1/2). 3. Configure Sensor type and range (such as 0~ 100ppm). 4. Set the alarm point (low alarm 10PPM, high alarm 20PPM). 5. Start the equipment, perform zero-point calibrating and functional testing. 6. Connect the transmission system (4-20mA, RS485 or wireless transmission) and monitor the output data.
• Ensure that the Operating Pressure is within the range of 86~ 106Kpa during installation. • Connect using the designated cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable). • Avoid use under conditions exceeding the Operating Ambient Temperature (-20~ 50 ° C) and Humidity (≤ 95% RH). • Regularly check the zero point and accuracy of the Sensor to prevent drift from affecting the test results. When used in an explosion-proof environment, ensure compliance with relevant explosion-proof standards. • Pay attention to the load capacity when outputting the relay (30VDC 2A/220VAC 0.3A).
