Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (O2) is a stationary gas detector designed to detect oxygen (O2) with a range of 0 to 30% VOL, optional range of 0 to 30% VOL, and a resolution of 0.1% VOL. The device supports multiple Installation methods including Wall-Mounted, Ducted, Flow-Through, and Pump-Up, and is equipped with transmission options such as 4-20mA, RS485, and Wireless 433MHz for gas monitoring in industrial environments.
Features
1. Support a variety of Sensor types: electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion, infrared gas Sensor.
2. Flexible Installation method: Wall-Mounted, pipeline type (thread size M35X1.5mm), flow type, pump type optional.
3. Multiple transmission methods: standard 4-20mA and RS485 (using standard MODBUS RTU protocol), optional 433MHz wireless transmission.
4. High protection performance: Explosion-proof mark Exd II T6 GB and CNEx16.0449, Protection Rating IP65.
5. Reliable output: two sets of relay output, contact point capacity 30VDC 2A/220VAC 0.3A.
Principle
Gas detector detects oxygen concentration in the environment through built-in Sensor (such as Electrochemical sensor), Sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signal, after processing output standard signal (such as 4-20mA or RS485), and alarm control through relay, real-time monitoring and early warning function.
Applications
Industrial safety monitoring, environment monitoring, chemical production, oil and gas, warehousing and logistics, fire emergency
Standards
Exd II T6 GB、CNEx16.0449
Steps
1. Select the Installation method and fix the device.
Connect the power supply (DC24V +/- 15%) and the cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable).
3. Configure the transmission method (e.g. 4-20mA or RS485).
4. Set the alarm point (low: 19.5% VOL, high: 23.5% VOL).
5. Start the equipment to calibrate and test.
Notice
• Working ambient temperature range is -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH, to avoid condensation condensation.
• Use the designated cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable) to ensure a secure connection.
• Pay attention to explosion-proof requirements during installation and follow relevant standards.
• Regularly check sensor accuracy and drift (zero drift ≤ +/- 1% F. S/year).
• Avoid use in environments beyond Operating Pressure (86~ 106Kpa).
