Overview
BOSEAN K-G60 (H2) Fixed Gas detector is an industrial grade equipment designed for hydrogen (H2) detection, with a range of 0~ 1000ppm (optional 0~ 5000ppm), using a variety of Sensor technology, support Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow and Pump Installation methods, suitable for gas concentration monitoring in various industrial environments.

Principle
The detector detects the hydrogen concentration in the environment through the built-in Sensor (supports electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion, infrared and other types), converts the detected gas concentration signal into a standard 4-20mA analog signal or output through the RS485 digital interface, and can realize the alarm control function through the relay.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Installation method (Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow or Pump Suction) and fix the equipment
2. Connect DC24V +/- 15% Power Supply according to specifications
3. Use a 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable to connect the signal cable (4-20mA or RS485)
4. Configure relay output parameters as required
5. Power on and start the device and wait for the device self-test to complete.
6. Set alarm points according to actual needs (low report 50PPM, high report 150PPM)
Notice
• Operating voltage must be kept within DC24V +/- 15%
• Ambient Temperature should be controlled between -20~ 50 ℃
• Environmental humidity must not exceed 95% RH and no condensation
• Make sure to meet explosion-proof requirements during installation
• Connect using the specified 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable
• Regularly check equipment zero point and accuracy to ensure measurement accuracy
