Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (Cl2) is a stationary Gas detector designed to detect chlorine gas (Cl2). The range of the device is 0~ 20ppm, optional 0~ 100/1000ppm, resolution up to 0.1ppm, High Accuracy detection capability, suitable for continuous monitoring in industrial environments.

Principle
The detector detects chlorine concentration in the environment through built-in Sensors (such as Electrochemical sensors), converts gas concentration signals into electrical signals, and outputs 4-20mA analog signals within the standard range after processing or transmits data through RS485 digital interface to realize real-time monitoring and alarm functions.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate installation location to ensure the correct installation of wall hangings, pipes, circulation or pumping methods.
Connect Power Supply DC24V +/- 15% and use cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable).
3. Configure the transmission method, such as connecting a 4-20mA output or an RS485 interface.
4. Set the alarm point: low alarm 5PPM, high alarm 10PPM.
5. Start the equipment, perform zero-point calibrating and functional testing to ensure normal operation.
Notice
• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation condensation.
• Pay attention to explosion-proof requirements during installation and avoid use in non-explosion-proof areas.
• Regularly check Sensor zero drift to ensure accuracy ≤ +/- 1% (F. S/year).
• Use Shielding cable connections to reduce signal interference.
• Pay attention to the load capacity when outputting the relay: 30VDC 2A or 220VAC 0.3A.
