Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (O3) is a stationary gas detector designed to detect ozone (O3) gases, with a range of 0 to 10ppm and optional 0 to 20/100ppm. It is Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow-Through or Pump-Suction mounted, supports multiple Sensor types, High Accuracy and Fast Response for gas monitoring in industrial environments.
Features
1. Supports a variety of Sensor types, including electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion and infrared gas Sensors.
2. Installation methods are available, such as Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow and Pump.
3. Standard 4-20mA and RS485 transmission, optional 433MHz wireless transmission function.
4. With high Protection Rating IP65 and explosion-proof certification, ensure safe use in harsh environments.
5. Equipped with two sets of relay outputs, it supports a variety of control applications.
Principle
The detector detects ozone gas concentration in the environment through a built-in Sensor (such as electrochemistry or PID photoion Sensor). The Sensor converts the gas concentration into an electrical signal, which is amplified and linearized by an internal processing circuit, and outputs a standard signal (such as 4-20mA or RS485). When the concentration exceeds a preset alarm point, the relay triggers an alarm for real-time monitoring and early warning.
Applications
Industrial gas monitoring, environment safety testing, chemical production, wastewater treatment, laboratory analysis
Standards
Exd II T6 GB、CNEx16.0449
Steps
1. Select the Installation method and fix the detector.
Connect the power cord (DC24V +/- 15%) and the signal cable (e.g. 4-20mA or RS485).
3. Configure Sensor type and range.
4. Set the alarm point (low: 2PPM, high: 5PPM).
5. Power on and start, perform zero-point calibrating and functional testing.
6. Output signal and alarm status monitoring.
Notice
• Ensure that Explosion Mark and Protection Ratings comply with Environmental requirements during installation.
• Connect using the designated cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable).
• Working Ambient Temperature should be kept at -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation condensation.
• Regularly check the zero point and accuracy of the Sensor to prevent drift from affecting the test results.
• Avoid use in environments beyond the Operating Pressure Range (86~ 106Kpa).
