1. Multi-range optional: 0~ 20ppm, 0~ 50ppm or 0~ 1000ppm, resolution 0.1/1 ppm. 2. Sensor support: electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion, infrared gas Sensor. 3. Installation method: Wall-Mounted, pipe type (thread size M35X1.5mm), flow type, pump type optional. 4. Multiple transmission methods: standard 4-20mA and RS485 (MODBUS RTU protocol), optional 433MHz wireless transmission. 5. High Accuracy Detection: detection accuracy ≤ +/- 3% F.S, Linearity ≤ +/- 1% F.S. 6. Quick Response: Response Time ≤ 20s, Recovery Time ≤ 20s. 7. Explosion-proof protection design: Explosion-proof mark Exd II T6 GB and CNEx16.0449, Protection Rating IP65. 8. Relay output: two sets of relays, contact point capacity 30VDC 2A/220VAC 0.3A.
Gas detector detects sulfur dioxide gas concentration in the environment with built-in Sensors such as electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID photoion or infrared Sensor. Sensor converts gas concentration into electrical signal, after processing by internal circuit, output standard signal (such as 4-20mA or RS485), and can trigger alarm through relay. The instrument uses MODBUS RTU protocol for data transmission, ensuring real-time monitoring and remote control.

1. Select the Installation method: Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow or Pump Suction, and ensure that the thread size is M35X1.5mm. 2. Connect power supply: Use DC24V +/- 15% power supply, connect 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable through M20x1.5 or G1/2 interface. 3. Configure the transmission method: connect 4-20mA output or RS485 interface, optional 433MHz wireless transmission. 4. Set the alarm point: low alarm point 5PPM, high alarm point 10PPM. 5. Start detection: After power on, the instrument automatically detects the gas concentration, and the Response Time is ≤ 20s. 6. Monitoring output: real-time monitoring of data through relay output or transmission of signals.
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃ to avoid extreme temperature affecting performance. • Environmental humidity should not exceed 95% RH to prevent condensation and condensation from damaging the instrument. • Ensure that the Operating Pressure is between 86 and 106Kpa during installation to avoid errors caused by abnormal pressure. • Connect with designated 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cables to ensure signal stability and anti-interference. • Regularly check Sensor zero drift, no more than +/- 1% F. S per year, calibrated if necessary. • For use in explosion-proof environments, it must comply with Exd II T6 GB and CNEx16.0449 standards to avoid potential safety hazards. • Relay output load does not exceed 30VDC 2A or 220VAC 0.3A to prevent overload damage.
