Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (NO) Stationary Gas Detector is a dedicated device for the detection of nitric oxide (NO) gas, with a range of 0 to 250 ppm and options of 0 to 500/1000 ppm. The instrument is Wall-Mounted, Piped, Flow-Through or Pump-Suction mounted, supports a variety of Sensor and Transmission modes, and is suitable for gas monitoring in industrial environments.

Principle
Gas detector detects nitric oxide gas concentration in the environment with built-in Sensors such as electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID photoion or infrared Sensors. Sensors convert gas concentration into electrical signals, which are processed and displayed over range and transmitted via 4-20mA, RS485 or wirelessly, while relay outputs are used for alarm control.

Steps
1. Select the Installation method (Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow or Pump Suction) and fix the equipment.
2. Connect the power supply (DC24V +/- 15%) and cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable, connection method M20x1.5 or G1/2).
3. Configure the transmission method (e.g. 4-20mA, RS485 or wireless transmission).
4. Set the alarm point (low alarm 50PPM, high alarm 150PPM).
5. Start the equipment, monitor the gas concentration, and adjust the parameters as needed.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should not exceed 95% RH to avoid condensation.
• Operating Pressure should be between 86~ 106Kpa.
• Connect using the designated cable (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable).
• Regularly check Sensor zero drift to ensure accuracy (≤ +/- 1% F. S/year).
• Use in an explosion-proof environment, subject to relevant explosion-proof standards.
