Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (NO2) Stationary Gas detector is a dedicated device for the detection of nitrogen dioxide (NO2) gas, with a range of 0 to 50ppm and optional 0 to 20/100ppm. The detector supports a variety of Sensor types and Installation methods, with High Accuracy Detection and a variety of transmission functions, suitable for gas monitoring in industrial environments.
Features
1. Support electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion, infrared and other gas Sensors.
2. Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow and Pump Installation methods are available.
3. Standard 4-20mA and RS485 transmission, support MODBUS RTU protocol, optional 433MHz wireless transmission.
4. With two sets of relay output, touch point capacity 30VDC 2A/220VAC 0.3A.
5. Explosion-proof mark Exd II T6 GB and CNEx16.0449, Protection Rating IP65, suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Principle
The detector detects nitrogen dioxide gas concentration in the environment through built-in Sensors (such as electrochemistry, infrared, etc.), converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, and outputs a standard signal (such as 4-20mA or RS485) after processing, and can realize alarm control through relays.
Applications
Industrial gas monitoring, environment safety testing, chemical production, Petrochemicals, gas pipelines, warehousing and logistics
Standards
Exd II T6 GB、CNEx16.0449
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Installation method (Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, etc.) and fix the equipment.
Connect Power Supply DC24V +/- 15% and signal cable (using 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable).
3. Configure the transmission method (e.g. 4-20mA, RS485 or wireless transmission).
4. Set the alarm point (low alarm 5PPM, high alarm 10PPM).
5. Start the equipment and calibrate to ensure detection accuracy.
Notice
• Ambient Temperature should be kept in the range of -20~ 50 ℃.
• Environmental humidity should not exceed 95% RH to avoid condensation.
• Ensure that Explosion Proof and Protection Ratings meet the requirements during installation.
• Connect using the specified cable type (3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable).
• Regularly check the zero point and accuracy of the Sensor to prevent drift from affecting the test results.
