Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (C2H4O) stationary gas detector is a professional device for detecting C2H4O gases, with a range of 0 to 100ppm, optional resolution 1/0.1 ppm, and High Accuracy detection capabilities. The detector supports a variety of Installation methods, including Wall-Mounted, Piped, Flow and Pumped, and is designed to be explosion-proof for industrial environments.

Principle
The detector detects the concentration of C2H4O gas in the environment through built-in Sensors (such as electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion or infrared Sensor), converts the gas signal into an electrical signal output. The signal is transmitted through 4-20mA or RS485, optional wireless transmission, to achieve real-time monitoring and alarm.

Steps
1. Select and install Sensor type
2. Installation method (Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow or Pump)
3. Power Supply DC24V +/- 15%
4. Connect with 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable
5. Set the alarm point: low 20PPM, high 50PPM
6. Configure the transmission method (4-20mA, RS485 or wireless)
7. Start the device and calibrate the zero point
8. Monitor gas concentration and check relay output

• Operating voltage must be DC24V +/- 15% to avoid overvoltage or undervoltage
• Ensure that the explosion-proof mark meets Environmental requirements during installation, Protection Rating IP65
• Use the designated cable 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable to ensure reliable connection

• Regularly check sensor accuracy and zero drift, drift ≤ +/- 1% (F. S/year)
• Avoid use in environments exceeding Operating Pressure 86~ 106Kpa
• Pay attention to the contact point capacity when the relay is output to prevent overload
