Overview
The BOSEAN K-G60 (CH2O) Stationary Gas detector is a dedicated device for detecting formaldehyde (CH2O) gas, with a range of 0 to 20ppm and optional 0 to 50/100ppm. The detector supports a variety of Sensor types and Installation methods, with High Accuracy Detection and Fast Response, suitable for continuous gas monitoring in industrial environments.
Features
1. Support electrochemistry, catalytic combustion, semiconductor, PID light ion, infrared and other gas Sensors.
2. Installation methods such as Wall-Mounted, Pipeline, Flow, Pump and so on are available.
3. Standard 4-20mA and RS485 transmission, optional 433MHz wireless transmission function.
4. High detection accuracy ≤ +/- 3% F. S and Fast Response Time ≤ 20s.
Explosion-proof level Exd II T6 GB and Protection Rating IP65 ensure safety and reliability.
6. Two sets of relay outputs to support a variety of control applications.
Principle
The detector detects the concentration of formaldehyde gas in the environment through built-in Sensors (such as electrochemistry, PID photoion or infrared Sensor), converts the gas signal into an electrical signal, and outputs 4-20mA analog signal within the standard range after processing or transmits data through RS485 digital communication to realize real-time monitoring and alarm functions.
Applications
Industrial safety monitoring, environment monitoring, chemical production, laboratories, storage facilities
Standards
Exd II T6 GB、CNEx16.0449
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Installation method (such as wall hanging or pipeline type) and fix the equipment.
Connect the DC24V power supply and signal cable (e.g. 3X1.5mm2 Shielding cable).
3. Configure the transmission method (e.g. 4-20mA or RS485).
4. Set the alarm point (low 5PPM, high 10PPM).
5. Start the device for Gas detection and monitor the output data.
Notice
• Operating voltage within DC24V +/- 15% to avoid voltage instability.
• Pay attention to explosion-proof and protection requirements when installing, and keep the Ambient Temperature at -20~ 50 ° C.
• Avoid use in high Humidity (> 95% RH) or condensation condensation environments.
• Regularly check the zero point and accuracy of the Sensor to prevent drift from affecting the test results.
• Use the specified cable type to ensure reliable connection.
