Overview
The SAFETAK GC90S-CO (1000ppm) Single-point Wall-Mounted Gas Monitor Alarm is a device for detecting carbon monoxide (CO) gas in non-explosion-proof environments. It is powered directly from a 220V AC power supply, features a corrosion-resistant die-cast aluminum housing, IP66 Protection Rating, maintenance menu password lock and optional relay signal output for connection to Miscellaneous control linkage equipment.

Principle
The alarm uses electrochemistry principle Sensor to continuously detect carbon monoxide (CO) gas. Sensor converts the gas concentration signal into an electrical signal, displays the concentration value through the display screen after processing, and triggers sound and light alarm and possible relay signal output when the gas concentration reaches a preset low alarm point (50ppm) or high alarm point (300ppm).

Petroleum, petrochemical, metallurgical and other industrial sites of non-explosion-proof places, gas stations, boiler rooms, laboratories, Food processing and other sites and office environments.
Standards
In line with the national standard of GB12358-2006 "General technical requirements for working environment Gas detection alarm instrument", and obtained the type approval certificate of Measurement instrument.
Steps
1. Install the alarm at the target location in a non-explosion-proof environment.
2. Connect the 220V AC power supply to power the device.
3. Set parameters through the maintenance menu (password lock) as needed.
4. Optional connection 4-20mA signal output or relay signal output to Miscellaneous control linkage equipment.
5. After the equipment is powered on, it enters the continuous detection state and displays the gas concentration in real time.

• When installing and maintaining, please pay attention to prevent misoperation. The maintenance menu has a password lock.
• Please ensure that the working Ambient Temperature is between -20~ 50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 95% RH and no condensation.
• Operating Pressure must be kept within the range of 86~ 106kPa.
• Output signal connection needs to be configured according to actual needs.
