Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the Film Applicator. The main factors affecting the film include the speed and pressure of the Spreader. The equipment ensures the uniformity and conformity of the Spreader process through stepless speed change and mechanical fixed fixtures, thus avoiding differences caused by manual operation and improving film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it on the mechanical fixture; 2. Set the coating speed and thickness parameters according to the needs; 3. Start the equipment for automatic Spreader; 4. Remove the Spreader sample after completion.
