TBJ-GDO Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Spreader test equipment, using imported accessories to provide high-performance Spreader solutions at preferential prices. Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate wet-film Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the drawdown blade. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate to ensure that the substrate does not move during the Spreader process, thus ensuring the uniformity and conformity of the Spreader, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare substrate and place in Vacuum chuck area
2. Set Spreader parameters (speed, thickness, etc.) through Touchscreen
3. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
4. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader

• Check Vacuum chuck before Spreader
• Optional silicone pad and weight according to substrate thickness to adjust pressure
