Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses a scraper Spreader mode, which is driven by a motor to move the scraper at a uniform speed within a set stroke. At the same time, the substrate is heated by heating the baseplate to ensure the uniformity and conformity of the intermediate coating film during the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it on the mechanical fixture
