Overview
TBJ-GD-GCXB Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator with imported accessories and low price, which is favored by R & D institutions of multinational enterprises, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling the speed and stable pressure, aiming to solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency, improve film reproducibility, and facilitate the operator to Spreader accurate wet-film on different substrates.

Principle
The automatic Film Applicator implements the Spreader process by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The Spreader method includes a wire rod and a scraper. The scraper adopts a split design, and the substrate is fixed by a mechanical fixing fixture to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader. The equipment adopts stepless speed control. The Spreader stroke can be set digitally within the range of 1 to 400mm, thus ensuring high reproducibility and accuracy of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it with a mechanical fixture.
2. Select the wire rod or scraper Spreader method according to your needs.
3. Set the Spreader speed (5~ 200mm/s) and Spreader travel (1~ 400mm) through the touch screen.
4. Start the device for Automatic Spreader.
5. After the Spreader is completed, remove the substrate and perform subsequent processing.
Notice
- Spreader Film thickness range should be determined according to the selected bar or scraper model.
- Spreader rates below 5mm/s need to be customized.
Make sure the substrate is firmly fixed before use to avoid uneven Spreader.
- Optional accessories such as leakage tank, silicone pad, etc. can be selected according to application requirements.
- Customized functions need to be communicated with the supplier in advance.
