Principle
The automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by precisely controlling the Spreader speed and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses a stepless transmission system to control the Spreader rate. The substrate is fixed by a mechanical fixture, and the precise film process is completed within the preset Spreader stroke to ensure that the precise wet-film is Spreader on different substrates.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and fix it on the mechanical fixture
2. Select the Wire Bar or Spreader Method according to your needs
3. Set parameters such as Spreader rate and Spreader travel on the touch screen
4. If heating is required, set the heating temperature
5. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
