Principle
By controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying stable pressure, the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating are ensured. The baseplate heating method is used to provide a uniform temperature environment, and the substrate is fixed by mechanical fixing fixtures to achieve accurate Spreader operation.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it with mechanical fixtures
2. Select the Wire Bar or Spreader Method according to your needs
3. Set Spreader parameters (speed, travel, temperature, etc.) on the touchscreen
4. Start the device for Spreader operation
5. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
