TBJ-GDHO-JKXB Automatic Film Applicator is a small experimental Lab Film Applicator with imported accessories and low price, which is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. By controlling the speed and stable pressure, the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's glue application are guaranteed, the problem of artificial film inconsistency is solved, and the film reproducibility is improved. Principle
Automatic Film Applicator controls the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator to achieve accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates. Vacuum adsorption is used to fix the substrate, and touch screen control operation ensures the Stability and conformity of the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the vacuum adsorption area; 2. Set Spreader parameters such as speed, stroke and pressure through the touch screen; 3. Select the Spreader method (wire rod or scraper); 4. Start the device for automatic Spreader; 5. Remove the sample for subsequent processing after completion.

- Make sure that the power supply of the equipment is 220V 50HZ before use; - Spreader Film thickness needs to be determined according to the type of wire rod, the range is 1~ 571.5 μm; - Spreader Film thickness range is 0~ 5000 μm, accuracy +/- 10 μm; - Vacuum adsorption size is 400 * 300mm, can be customized; - Heating Temperature range is RT +~ 180 ℃, uniformity +/- 3 ℃; - Optional accessories include leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, etc., need to be selected according to needs; - Customized functions such as jet system, UV solid device, etc., need to be confirmed in advance; - Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid burns or mechanical injuries.
