Overview
The 17071 Stiffness meter is used to test the bending performance of the material, determine the resilience performance index of the material, and test the crease force and bending stiffness. The instrument is easy to operate and can automatically clamp the sample and rotate the sample clip to bend it to the set angle, record the force value and calculate the bending stiffness. After the test is completed, it will automatically return to the initial position to prepare for the next test.
Features
1. Imported High Accuracy Force Sensor, Precision Control < 0.5%.
2. The bending length is adjustable from 1 to 50mm, and the angle from 0 to 90 ° can be set arbitrarily, making the test faster and more accurate.
3. Equipped with 8-inch touch screen Chinese display, user-friendly interface.
4. Automatic clamping of the sample (photoelectric induction, pneumatic clamping), fully automated testing.
5. With test data statistical processing function, the test report can be printed and output, and the measurement average, MAX Maximum, MIN Minimum and each test value can be displayed.
6. The instrument is equipped with a calibrating program to facilitate the use of standard weight or force measuring devices for indication Precision calibrating.
Principle
The instrument automatically clamps the specimen through pneumatic and photoelectric sensing, and drives the specimen holder to rotate to bend the specimen to a preset angle. During this process, the High Accuracy Force Sensor records the bending force value and calculates the bending stiffness of the material accordingly. After the test is completed, the specimen holder automatically returns to the initial position.
Applications
Material bending performance test, resilience performance index measurement
Standards
GBT23144-2008、ISO2493、ISO5628、TAPPIT556、DIN53121、SCAN P29、BS6965、BS3748
Steps
1. Use sampling equipment to cut the sample evenly from the sample.
2. Clip one end of the specimen in the specimen holder.
3. Set the bending angle (e.g. 15 ° or 90 °) and angular velocity.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically bends the sample and records the force value.
For the crease force test, record the force value after bending at a 90 ° angle for 15 seconds.
6. Measure 10 valid data on each side, and the instrument will automatically count and output the results.
Notice
• Power supply voltage in 100-240VAC range.
• The air pressure provided must be greater than 0.2 MPa.
The width of the specimen should be 38mm, and the maximum thickness should not exceed 3mm.
Before testing, please set the appropriate bending length, angle and angular speed according to the standard requirements.
• Regularly calibrate instruments using standard weight or force measuring devices to ensure measurement accuracy.
