LABO LB-105MW fast moisture meter is a device for rapid determination of product moisture, especially suitable for Moisture content analysis of Pulp, paper Cardboard and other materials.

Principle
The moisture meter weighs the initial weight of the sample through the built-in Precision Balance, and then heats the sample with an infrared halogen lamp heating source to evaporate the water. The instrument continuously monitors and records the weight change during the heating process, and calculates the difference between the initial weight and the final weight to obtain the Moisture content of the sample.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply (AC220V 50/60Hz), turn it on and warm up.
2. Place the sample to be tested (e.g. Pulp, paper Cardboard) on a 90 mm pan.
3. As required, set the heating temperature (RT + 40~ 230 ° C) and timing time (1~ 99min) through the instrument panel.
4. Start the heating program, the infrared halogen lamp starts to work, and the sample is heated and dried.
5. After heating, the instrument automatically displays and records the result of Moisture content of the sample.

* Power supply voltage is AC220V 50/60Hz and properly grounded before use.
* Capacity of the instrument is 110g, please do not overload.
The heating temperature is high, do not touch the heating area during operation to avoid burns.
* Do not use this equipment in a flammable and explosive environment.
